Red Bull's Lithuania office, designed by Mild Studio. The plan runs as a sequence rather than a floor plate — a social lounge at the entrance, open workspace, boardroom and kitchen through the middle, then meeting and focus rooms leading to private offices at the perimeter. The material language is consistent throughout: light oak and walnut joinery, exposed concrete soffits, pale porcelain tile, and a signal red that appears as steel-framed glazing, doors and seating. The brand is present without being applied — an illuminated cooler set into the millwork, trophies and helmets in open shelving, tufted wall pieces that read as artworks rather than signage. The building sits against mature trees, and full-height glazing brings that green into almost every room.
